RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Each Willow Trail Designs item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact page so we can review the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
  • A photograph of the packaging, when relevant

After reviewing the information, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for qualifying issues. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

SIZING AND COLOR SELECTION

Please review the product description, size chart, and selected color carefully before ordering. We cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and normal garment or printing variations. Minor differences that occur naturally during the printing process are not considered defects.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please check all names, dates, spelling, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of customer-submitted errors. If we make an error or the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or change. We’ll gladly help when possible, but cancellations, address changes, and product changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
