SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All Willow Trail Designs products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship only within the United States.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier. Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products in the same order may be made and shipped by different fulfillment facilities. Your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Willow Trail Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control. We will gladly help you review available tracking information if your package is delayed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of any damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue.
